Automated Billing System
Our assignment was to create a fee billing system for a major Hong Kong corporate bank. The system had to charge institutional clients regular performance correlated fees for asset management and provision of financial services.
The solution
Based on set requirements, our team of developers created a single fee management system that automated and reduced the costs of the billing process for the bank. The software solution that we developed was exceptionally flexible, prioritising automation, but permitting manual adjustments of key functions. Key features included optimisation of fee schedules, automatic application of fee discount policy, automatic fee calculation and optionality for manual or automated billing and reporting.
